Meeting Point
The meeting point is at the front (Bradford Road) entrance to the park and the instructors will meet and greet the exercisers next to the main gate just along from the Tesco supermarket.
New Attendees
Please arrive 15 mins early for your FREE Trial so the instructors can discuss any queries with you and allow you time to fill in your Health Questionaire.
